Sold by Agence Smile (Tamam eSIM) through Verde eSIM. Prices include VAT.

What you buy

An eSIM: mobile internet for the country, size and days you choose. It is digital and arrives at once, by email and on screen, right after you pay.

Paying

By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe, in euros. Some agencies also take cash at their office; then you pay the agency directly.

Cancelling

Before you pay, you ask for your eSIM at once. Because it is delivered and ready straight away, you can’t cancel it after that (you give up the 14-day right to cancel). You still get your money back if it can’t be installed or doesn’t work: see Refunds.

Your phone

Your phone must take an eSIM and must not be locked to one network. Your days usually start when the eSIM first connects abroad.
